Who we are
123 IT is a service of 123-NL B.V., Hurksestraat 60, 5652 AL Eindhoven, KVK 88560686. We are responsible for processing the personal data described here.
Which data we collect
When you contact us we receive your name, e-mail address, phone number (if you give it), company name and your message. For clients we also keep the details needed for our agreement and invoicing.
Why we use it
We use your data only to answer your question, to prepare a quote, to carry out our work and to send invoices. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Our website is hosted by Netlify and contact form messages are processed through Netlify. E-mail runs through our e-mail provider. We only work with parties that protect your data properly.
How long we keep it
Contact messages without a follow-up are deleted within one year. Client and invoice details are kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Send an e-mail to info@123-it.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
